I did not know what to expect with the Reset Protocol.  So much defies words and feelings I could write paragraphs.  Perhaps the best way to describe the miracles is to share with you are the shifts and experiences.  

 

The first morning, I woke up from a dream in which was so real I felt like I was emerging from an out of body experience; and I rarely remember my dreams.  For years I have had trouble going to sleep and staying asleep post-menopause.  I woke up early from a deep, restorative sleep (and did not need coffee).  Into waking state, I felt like I was walking taller and with greater centeredness and presence about myself and environment.  By way of analogy, I felt that I was moving along like a clunking machine and now I am experiencing greater flow in all systems and processes.  I did not know what I was missing until I got the upgrade and now do not want to go back.  Feeling as though I received a much needed software enhancement fixing all of the glitches and removing the malware surpassing the factory made original settings.  Others can be involved in drama and chaos and I just walk on by in my peace like a super action character not getting touched by the projectiles.

 

Physically, I am in an environment where I am exposed to mold.  I would wake up with eyes swollen, red, itchy, and nose dripping all through the day.  Now, I take an allergy pill, but no longer needing boxes of tissues and eye drops.  Marked improvement in my immune system; I am more motivated and able to take care of myself.  My workouts are longer and more intense.  The immunity strengthening gives me hope after struggling through the day in a foggy daze looking forward to crashing.  

 

For several months I have been experiencing a bit of a film in my vision with spots.  My vision is improving and both eyes are now working together.  It is though someone not only cleaned my windshield, but put in a new window with protective coating and shielding.  I am still in need of strengthening my L eye vision, but on the road of healing.  

 

Since the Covid pandemic, I have experienced brain fog not remembering names, places, or words.  Since the Reset Protocol, I can feel a greater heart-brain dialogue and coherence.  

 

I feel like I have new energy to embrace new things and take on new challenges.  Before the Reset I was surviving; after the Reset I feel like I am on the pathway to thriving.  I feel like I can breathe more deeply, reflect with greater courage, dream with increased clarity, and have the energy and motivation for self-care.  My job requires me to care for others in body, mind, and Spirit.  With the Reset I feel a greater ability to care for myself with greater priority and intention having a greater levels of insight into what is possible to live in greater alignment and cohesion.  The name “Re-set Protocol” feels like it gets to the initial idea of the process, but it is sooooo much more.  Hence my difficulty describing it in a few words.
