Before I say another word, here’s what I need you to know:
I didn’t get into this work because I’m a natural “health person.”
I’m here because I was a secret avoider and emotional eater, and it swallowed the majority of my life.
I’ve lived both ends of the emotional eating spectrum.
The freeze version and the soothe version, and that’s why I understand this in a way most people don’t.
Understanding what is actually happening
Your body stores emotional and energetic weight from years of stress, experiences and inherited patterns. These stored emotions carry information. They link to old memories and outdated beliefs, and over time the system becomes overloaded. Your subconscious already knows exactly what needs to be released. My role is to identify it clearly and precisely using muscle testing and energy mapping.
Clearing what your system is ready to let go of
Once we know what is active, I use the Deep Release Method to clear the emotional and energetic debris your body has been holding. This includes trapped emotions, protective patterns, outdated beliefs, inherited imprints and the energetic residue behind your symptoms or behaviours. You do not have to relive your past. Your system shows the root, and I help it let go.
What begins to shift after the clearing
As the blocks release, the body returns to its natural balance. Emotional reactions soften. Cravings reduce. The mind becomes clearer. Your behaviour shifts without forcing willpower. You begin to see yourself and your life differently because you are no longer looking through the filters of old emotional weight. Healing becomes natural rather than effortful.
THE PART MOST PEOPLE DON’T KNOW ABOUT ME
Food made me feel sick for most of my life.
The thought of eating turned my stomach.
I’d go all day without food.
Some days I’d gag just thinking about eating.
I didn’t understand why.
That’s emotional eating too – the shutdown version.
When your body is carrying too much emotional weight,
eating feels like another demand you can’t deal with.
Then, later in life, when the emotional pressure built even more…
the cravings switched up a gear.
Sugar. Carbs. Anything fast. I was after a quick fix.
And because I wasn’t a natural foodie, it had to be fast.
And once that cycle hit, the shame and secret eating followed.
Same root.
Different coping response.
This is why I get it.
This is why I don’t judge.
This is why I built the work I do now.
Food is neutral.
My body isn’t screaming for the 6th coffee, or to dash down to the corner shop for a can of Coke, or the choccie biscuit hiding at the back of the cupboard.
✔️ My appetite isn’t shutting down.
✔️ My cravings aren’t hijacking my evenings.
✔️ I feel free on so many levels.
Even when things go tits up in life. I don’t lose control.
I don’t force my behaviour anymore. I notice how easy it actually is not to have all that sugar.
And for me, it was groundbreaking that I’m actually enjoying cooking and eating again.
My emotional baggage was less heavy and everything else followed.
That’s the work I share.
